If you choose delivery, your bike will usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
We take extra care when packing every bike to ensure it arrives safely, even if it experiences rough handling during transit.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays.
Accessories & Apparel (Australia)
Shipping for accessories and apparel is simple.
• Flat rate shipping: $25 AUD
• Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
New Zealand ShippingÂ
We now ship Big Kahunaz Accessories and The Metal Club to New Zealand.
All orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse in Australia.
E-Bikes
We are currently looking into ways to send E-Bikes over to New Zealand, but until further updates New Zealand shipping excludes all e-bike cruizers.Â
