🚲 30-Day Ride Guarantee

When does it apply?

  • Bike has under 50km total ride distance
  • Returned in as-new condition with all packaging, parts & accessories
  • Proof of purchase provided

What’s not covered?

  • Extensive use beyond test rides
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or poor storage
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Sale, clearance or custom bikes (unless faulty under ACL)

Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds issued minus;
  • Shipping costs (to and from you) & with a 20% reduction in the purchase price (to cover the usage of the bike)
  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days once inspected & approved
  • All refunds are approved solely at the discretion and confirmation of the business owners

How do I make a return?

  3. Safely re-pack your bike
  4. Refund processed once inspected

⚡️ Big Kahunaz Warranty

How long is the warranty?

  • Frame – 2 years
  • Battery – 1 year
  • Motor & electrical components – 1 year
  • Other parts (brakes, gears, wheels, etc.) – 6 months

What’s covered?

  • Manufacturing or material defects
  • Faulty electrical components (battery, motor, display, controller, wiring)
  • Structural frame issues under normal riding

What’s not covered?

  • Normal wear & tear (tyres, tubes, chains, brake pads, grips, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or poor storage
  • Water damage, rust, or corrosion
  • Cosmetic scratches, fading or chips
  • Commercial use (hire, delivery services) unless agreed in writing

How do I make a warranty claim?

  2. Share photos/videos or bring bike for inspection
  3. We’ll repair or replace defective parts or bike if approved
  4. Return shipping covered by customer.
