Before Big Kahunaz, I led at state manager level in high-end apparel — building teams, managing budgets, and operating inside demanding corporate environments.
When an opportunity opened in the e-bike space, I saw a gap. The industry felt loud, technical and ego-driven, disconnected from real life.
So I applied everything I knew about leadership, supply chains and brand building to create something better.
