Usually ready in 2-4 days from 36 Bluejay Street, Burleigh Waters QLD 4220, Aus

Delivery to the Australian East Coast - $250 flat rate

Delivery for Interstate - rates dependant on delivery locations, get in touch.

If you require your bike to be delivered you can expect delivery within 3 – 7 working days (albeit there has been significant disruption of late and it may take longer) and you will be provided with a tracking link. We take extra care when packing your bike and do our best to protect it should it experience rough handling whilst in transit.

Accessories

A flat rate of $25.00 applies or spend over $150 to receive free shipping on all accessories. 

The Big Kahunaz warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 12 months from original purchase date. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser, within the 12 month period.

Manufacturing faults only apply to the following:

• Battery
• Motor
• Gears

The warranty on the battery does not include cover for any damage relating from power surges, moisture damage, improper care and maintenance or such other misuse or normal wear.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the product including brake pads, cables, disk rotors and bearings
• Body paint damage and/or rust
• Bike parts that have aged to due excessive exposure to weather elements
• Lost or damaged keys due to negligence
• Any parts or components that have been modified from original condition when purchased including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, lights, motors, battery packs, displays, controllers, etc.
• Damage from collision, accident or similar
• Damage from optional accessories
• Battery faults due to improper care and attention
• If the bike is used for any purpose other than the intended use
• If electronics have been altered with or repaired by a third party
